HV Battery Check with Hybrid Assistant Android App

In order to collect significant data, we need to cause a battery discharge.
1. Bring the car to READY.
2. Start Hybrid Assistant and be sure it's connected to the car.
3. Complete the S1 cycle until the petrol engine will stop, if necessary on cars that automatically turn on the engine shortly after powering on the car.
4. Park the car
5. Set A/C temperature to LOW
6. Be sure to have at least 60% SOC and the engine is off
7. Tap the HV Check button
8. Turn on A/C at the LOW setting
9. Turn on the windshield defroster on  steering wheel
10. Turn on all headlight
11. Keep going until battery level gauge is at 2 bars and the petrol engine starts to recharge it.
12. Wait for the engine to turn off
13. Tap again the HV Check button to exit the Battery Check screen
14.  Exit Hybrid Assistant with the Android "back" button.
Read the report with Hybrid Reporter.

Diagnostic Mode 12V Battery

1) Apply parking brake
2) Press Power Button once
3)Hold down Info button and at the same time turn Headlights on and off 3 times.
4) A menu will appear on MFD.
5) Select Display Check, Vehicle Signal Check.... turn of lights, below 12 is bad
 


Inspection Mode motor running

1)With the foot off the breaking pedal press Power Button twice
2) Press breaking pedal, and  stay there
3)Press acceleration pedal twice to the floor
4) shift gear to Neutral and hold it,  press acceleration pedal twice again
5)press Park, and press acceleration pedal twice again
6)right foot on breaking pedal, and press Power button one more time
7) for exit press Power once again

    Turn the vehicle to accessory mode, Ready-off.  On 2001-2003 Prii this is two clicks forward of the key, on 2004+ this is pressing the start button twice with your foot off the brake pedal.  The display will not show Ready but will otherwise be lit, the car in park.
    Depress the accelerator two times fully.
    Put the vehicle in neutral.
    Depress the accelerator two times fully.
    Put the vehicle back into park.
    Depress the accelerator two times fully.


Charging battery

1) left foot on breaking pedal
2) press once power button
3) shift gear to D
4) right foot on acceleration pedal and press to the floor
5) after charging shift gear to Neutral, press Park and power button

Czy ktoś miałby chwilę sprawdić czy powyższe procedury są prawidłowe, czy może czegoś brakuje. Od siebie dodam, że np. ładowanie baterii musi się odbywac przy zamkniętych drzwiach czego nie wiedziałem. O co chodzi z tym trybem S1 w przypadku sprawdzania baterii?

chodzi o to żeby przeprowadzić test jak silnik będzie rozgrzany ok 90 stopni a bateria przed rozpoczęciem testu naładowana .Następnie uruchamiasz ponownie HA obciążasz na postoju elektrycznie baterię (z hamulcem postojowym i na D ale to zależy czym jeździsz)albo jeździsz po parkingu naciskając wcześniej test baterii .Zwracając uwagę żeby wartość SOC spadła najlepiej ok 10% i ważne żeby silnik spalinowy nie uruchomił się podczas testu.Później test stop i raport czytasz w apk.Hybrid Report.Wszystko jest w instrukcji HA i na naszym forum .Powodzenia.

Czyli np. po powrocie z trasy kilkudziesięciu km, pod koniec której użyto hamowania w celu doładowania baterii?

Silnik szybko łapie temperaturę roboczą wystarczy kilka kilometrów w zależności od warunków zewnętrznych.Bateria tzn stan jej naładowania widoczny jest na wyświetlaczu .Te parametry widoczne są w HA jak je osiągniesz ,wyłącz i włącz ponownie HA i wykonaj test.

Zastanawiam się gdzie w aplikacji jest HV Check, no chyba ślepy jestem. Niby zrobiłem test, ale wyszły dziwne rzeczy.

Ok juz wszystko gra dziwne trochę, bo wygląda, że baterie w super stanie. Od pierwszego właściciela Niemcy rocznik 2006, niestety auto bardzo zapuszczone
